For entering a Route of Flight:
Quick and easy
airport search, by identifier or airport name.
As you type in the
characters for the identifier or airport name the program will automatically search for a match in
the database.
Shows distance between
airports and the Total Route Distance in
Nautical
miles
and
Statute Miles.
You can easily add or
remove airports from the routing.
Locate airports by U.S. City (over 147,000 locations in the database incl.
counties), or search for alternates around an airport.
A default airport can be
set in the aircraft settings that will be
automatically entered as the first airport in a
new quote.
For Calculating Quotes:
Calculates quotes based on
flight time
or total
route distance
in Nautical
or Statute miles.
Can add
short leg charges
automatically, either as a surcharge or a minimum
leg charge.
A minimum Base Charge can
be set in the aircraft settings, which can be overridden if the user desires to do so.
A
discount or markup percentage
can
be entered manually or is copied from the
customer data.
Any specific
additional
charges
can be added to complete the quote. These
can be typed in by the user or selected from a drop-down
box.
The amount for an
additional charge can be both positive and
negative.
The final quote amount can
be adjusted to a user desired amount.
For Adding Taxes:
Taxes can be added to each
item of the quote separately.
Tax rates can be easily
edited in the program settings. A total of 8
different tax rates
can be used.
Segment taxes and U.S.
international arrival/departure taxes can be
easily entered.
For Printing Reports:
Can
print quotes, itineraries and
invoices.
Show
reports in a print preview window.
Can
export printouts to file in .RTF, .PDF or .HTML
format;
Prints company information
and customer information on the quote.
Can print your
company logo
on all print reports.
Has many options to
customize the reports, you can save two different
report definitions for both the quote and
itinerary reports.
Other:

FlightQuote
2.2 is suitable to run over a small network
(10 users or less recommended).

Quote
reports can be emailed
directly from FlightQuote.

A passenger
list can be
entered and printed on the Itinerary report. Passengers can be
selected from the Master List or entered manually.
Wind direction and wind
speed can be set for each leg of the trip separately or copied from monthly wind data
stored with the aircraft settings.
Displays various trip 'Alerts': min. runway alert, max. flight time
alert, fuel availability alert, zero ground speed
alert.
A
toolbar
on the main
screen to quickly access all major functions.
Date & time checks (to
make sure the next leg does not depart before the
previous one has arrived).
Function to find an airport
for a fuel stop. (if you fly from A to B and this
will look for airports a specific number of miles
on the route from A to B within a certain range).
Program keeps track of the
'Status'
of a quote: Pending, Hold, Confirmed,
Cancelled, Invoiced or Closed.
Can
show local arrival/departure times.
